Understanding the work
comes first.

Kastling is a founder-led AI implementation partner. We audit the work, connect the systems you already use and build AI into defined workflows, with ownership agreed before we build.

Team
Two principals, with specialists scoped in as needed.
Engagements
Scoped, built and integrated by the same people.
Book a discovery call

Capable software, held together by people.

The companies we meet usually own good software already. What they lack is the connection between systems, so people copy information between tools, chase approvals and hunt for documents.

Kastling started in that gap. Our founder's background is in consumer goods marketing and sales, on the agency side, where capable teams lost hours every week to handoffs between systems.

The fix was rarely another platform. It was understanding the task, connecting what already existed and deciding where a person still needs to decide. That is still the work.

See how an engagement runs

Who we work with

  • Department heads who own a recurring problem with a visible cost.
  • Leadership teams sponsoring work across departments and systems.
  • Organisations of roughly 20 to 200 people, most often. A pattern, not a rule.

Six things we hold to
on every engagement.

Working practices, not guarantees. Each one is written into the proposal.

  • Business context first.

We start with the people doing the work and the cost of the friction, not the technology.

  • We build it ourselves.

The people who scope the work build and integrate it, with your team in the room.

  • Adoption is part of the build.

Your people join discovery, testing and training from the first week, and we measure uptake.

  • Ownership in writing.

Accounts, environments, data and code have named owners before anything is deployed.

  • People keep the consequential decisions.

We define what runs automatically, what gets reviewed and who approves.

  • Measured, not promised.

Every engagement sets a baseline, a target and a way to measure the change. We never guarantee results.

A focused team,
not a bench.

The people in your discovery call are the people who build the work. Specialists join for defined parts and are named in the proposal.

  • Founder, business lead

Runs discovery, the audit, scoping and delivery, and is your single point of contact throughout. Background in consumer goods marketing and sales, on the agency side.

What we are not.

No logos, testimonials or savings percentages here. What we can say plainly:

  • Not a platform to subscribe to.

We build around the tools you already run. The interfaces on this site are illustrations, not a product.

  • Not a black box.

You know which systems we touch, where your data goes and who can act on it, in your cloud accounts or ours.

  • Not a pilot that never ships.

A first engagement is narrow enough to build, measure and put into everyday use.

  • Not a promise of results.

We describe intended outcomes and agree how to measure them. Nothing on this site is a case study.

Start with the work that keeps getting stuck.

Bring one recurring problem with a visible cost. We will tell you plainly what it needs: an integration, a workflow, new software or a clearer process.
