# Kastling > Kastling is an AI studio for founders and businesses. We design, build, and launch AI products end-to-end. We do this for founders launching new AI products and for businesses adopting AI inside their operations. ## What we do Four pillars, one continuous lifecycle: 1. **AI Strategy**: AI Readiness Audits, product strategy, roadmaps, investor narrative, evaluation framework design. 2. **AI Engineering**: AI MVP development, feature integration, agents and workflow automation, conversational AI, vibecoder production hardening, model fine-tuning, eval suites. 3. **AI Brand & Launch**: Brand identity, positioning, product UI, landing pages, launch video, pitch decks, GTM playbook. 4. **AI Operations**: Post-launch eval monitoring, model updates, prompt tuning, feature shipping, API cost engineering. ## Who we serve - **Founders** launching AI products of their own (pre-seed to Series A, including vibecoder graduates from Lovable / Bolt / Cursor). - **Businesses** adopting AI inside their operations (SMBs and mid-market, 10-500 employees, across legal, healthcare, real estate, e-commerce, professional services, regulated industries). ## How we engage Four engagement shapes, one continuous lifecycle behind them: - **AI Readiness Audit**: the paid entry point. A workflow audit, an opportunity map, and a working demo of one AI capability on your data. Converts to a Project, Partnership, or Embedded engagement. - **Project**: fixed scope, fixed timeline. One outcome shipped. - **Partnership**: multi-month retainer with parallel workstreams. The studio as your AI department. - **Embedded Pod**: a forward-deployed team inside the client organization. Pricing is scoped per engagement and quoted after a call. There is no public price list. Scope, timeline, and price are fixed in writing before any code is written. ## How we engineer Seven principles. Non-negotiable. Every contract reflects them: 1. We build AI products of our own. Verdikt is live in alpha; Capsule, Lanes, and Triage are in development. 2. Code in your repo from day one. No vendor sandboxes, no deliverables-over-the-wall. 3. Evals are the contract. We define what "good" looks like with you before we write code. 4. Model-agnostic by architecture. A thin routing layer sits between your code and any model provider. 5. No token arbitrage. Buyers pay model providers directly. 6. Brand and engineering under one roof. One engagement, one team. 7. IP transfer at engagement end. Every prompt, eval, and fine-tune belongs to the buyer. ## What we ship ourselves We build AI products of our own. We do this to keep the studio's methodology honest. - **Verdikt** (live, alpha): A verdict on a startup idea before you build it. An AI agent interviews you, runs deep research, and delivers an analyst-grade report in hours. https://tryverdikt.app - **Capsule** (in development): A daily outfit from your own wardrobe. - **Lanes** (in development): One keystroke to switch your whole Mac between projects. - **Triage** (in development): Dump everything in your head, get a calm day plan in return. ## Disambiguation Kastling (the AI studio at kastling.co) is distinct from Kastling Group (an unrelated organization).
